What's Included in the Day-of Wedding Management Package:
Pre-Wedding Preparation
One 1-hour Consultation: We'll meet 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to review all of your plans, vendors, and timeline.
We'll discuss the flow of the day and make sure everything is covered.Personalized Timeline Creation: We create a detailed wedding day timeline, including vendor arrival times, ceremony and reception schedules, and everything in between. This will be shared with you and all key vendors to ensure smooth coordination.
Vendor Communication: We'll reach out to all your vendors ahead of time to confirm details, such as arrival times, setup instructions, and other logistics.
Wedding Day Coordination:
Ceremony & Reception Supervision: We will be on-site early to oversee the setup and ensure that everything is in place for both your ceremony and reception. From floral arrangements to décor placement, we'll make sure it all looks perfect.
Vendor Management: We'll be the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring they are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You won't have to worry about managing multiple people.
Timeline Management: We'll ensure that your wedding day timeline is followed to the letter-whether it's the processional, speeches, or the cake cutting-everything will happen on time.
Wedding Party & Family Assistance: We'll direct the wedding party and family members, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time for photos, the ceremony, and other key moments.
Troubleshooting: No matter what happens, we'll handle any surprises that pop up, so you can stay focused on enjoying your day without stress.
Post-Wedding Coordination:
Event Breakdown: After the reception, we'll supervise the breakdown of décor and personal items, ensuring everything is packed up and delivered to the designated person (such as the bride's family or hotel).
Final Vendor Payments: If necessary, we'll handle the distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening.
